3.2 安装步骤(Installation Steps)

  1. 中文:准备工具:冲击钻(匹配膨胀螺丝尺寸)、螺丝刀、水平仪、卷尺。
  2. English:Prepare tools: impact drill (matching the size of expansion screws), screwdriver, level, tape measure.
  3. 中文:定位打孔:根据产品安装图纸,用卷尺确定打孔位置,借助水平仪保证安装面水平,随后用冲击钻钻孔,清理孔内灰尘。
  4. English:Position and drill holes: According to the product installation drawing, use a tape measure to determine the drilling position, use a level to ensure the installation surface is horizontal, then drill holes with an impact drill and clean the dust in the holes.
  5. 中文:固定支架:将膨胀螺丝植入孔内,拧紧螺母固定支架,确保支架与墙面紧密贴合,无松动。

四、使用方法(Usage Method)

  4. English:Inverted Row: Lower the height of the grip bar (or use auxiliary equipment), hold the grip bar with both hands, lie flat under the grip bar with feet on the ground, and pull the upper body towards the grip bar to exercise the lower back muscles.
