4. 使用注意事项:
- 按使用者之身型,调整膝板和足踏板的高低位置,并牢牢固定于正确位置。
- 身体正直,双手放置于平板上或者扶持两个把手,双侧膝盖顶住膝板上,双脚开立与双肩内缘同宽。
- 使用时要注意,站立时如果有膝盖过伸者不要强行顶住膝板,身体处于正直位,且不要加斜板站立。
