六、使用指南 / Usage Instructions
- 史密斯深蹲 / Smith Machine Squat
- 将杠铃杆置于肩部后方,双脚与肩同宽。
Place barbell behind shoulders, feet shoulder-width apart. - 缓慢下蹲至大腿与地面平行,后起身复位。
Squat down until thighs parallel to floor, then return.
- 坐姿划船 / Seated Row
- 调整座椅至脚部完全踩地,双手握紧拉杆。
Adjust seat until feet flat on floor; grip handle firmly. - 背部发力将拉杆拉至腹部,保持肘部贴近身体。
